Module Layout & Cabinet Sizing
Each 320×160 mm module tiles efficiently into standard 640×480 mm cabinet footprints.
For 16:9 video walls, plan the module matrix based on panel resolution before structural
steelwork (e.g., XIM1.2: 256×128 pixels per module). Confirm total pixel count and
aspect ratio early in the design phase.
Front Maintenance Clearance
The full front-service design eliminates the need for rear access corridors. Maintain
a minimum 400 mm clear working space in front of the installation plane to allow safe
module removal and re-seating without specialist tools.
Power & Signal Routing
- Input voltage: 100–240 V AC universal — no site-specific transformer required.
- Brightness control: Programmable / Auto / Manual — reduces commissioning time.
- Maintain ≥ 200 mm separation between signal cables and power conduits to prevent
EMI interference at high refresh rates (3,840 / 7,680 Hz).
Cleaning & Routine Maintenance
Wipe the sealed front panel with a soft, slightly damp lint-free cloth only.
Do not use solvents, abrasive materials or pressurised water.
IP54 encapsulation allows routine damp-wipe cleaning without dismounting modules.
